Games Play Roulette
Very little strategy is required as the game is completely random and based entirely on luck. By the skillful placing of bets on the table, a player can vary the amount of risk he is taking. Some European casinos have only a “0”. Straight Up Bet - A chip is placed on one of the numbers. Pays 35:1. All even moneyodds. Pays 1:1. If Black hascome up for the last 10 spins in a row, the next spin is not more likely to beRed. Black and Red still have equal chances of hitting. There have been 152 spins (coincidentally,4 x 38), and so we expect that each number should have come up 4 times onaverage. You can certainly switch toanother number if you want, but that won't improve or worsen your chances. Thechances of #27 coming up on a given spin are the same, whether it just come upon the last spin or not - 1 in 38. The differencebetween the true odds and what they actually pay you is 2/38, or 5.26%. In effect, this variation has the ability to turn a loss into a tie. The house edge is set at 5.26%, resulting from the player receiving odds of 35 to 1 rather than the true odds of 1 in 36 or 37 to 1.
