A clever player is one who understands the betting possibilities. By the skillful placing of bets on the table, a player can vary the amount of risk he is taking. Five Number Bet - This bet covers only the numbers 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3. Pays 6:1 if any one of the numbers comes up. The chip is placed on the outside line of the two rowscovered. Pays 5:1. A bet placed on the ball landing on red or black, high or low numbers, odds or even numbers.
